What started as a small handcrafted ice cream shop in the heart of Sparta, New Jersey expanded to a contemporary ice cream trailer, now bringing our rich and creamy flavors to everyone! 

 

Our business is rooted in family and tradition. Originally cultivated by our Greek Grandmother (YiaYia), her family recipes for handcrafted ice cream are passed down from generation to generation.

From city to country, we take the ice cream parlor experience to you! Our flavors are hand-crafted in small batches using only the highest quality ingredients. No bagged ice cream bars or popsicles here—you can experience the luxury of gourmet ice cream on the go!

With over 50 homemade flavors in store and 20 offered on our truck, including classic and vegan options, we are positive you will find a flavor you love. From Peanut Butter Oreo, to Raspberry Truffle, to Chocolate Fudge Brownie, for whatever mood, or occasion, our flavors will satisfy your craving!
